The evolution of the dining room. Slowly but surely it is coming together.
Taping off where the chair rail will be installed.
Painting the top half.
Finishing the bottom half.
The chair rails that will be installed as soon as I get them cut on a miter saw and paint them.
Close up of the colors.
The colors I chose to use:
- Top: Urban Putty (SW 7532)
- Bottom: Sandy Ridge (SW 7535)
- Chair rail and trim: Westinghland White (SW 7566)
- All paint is a semi-gloss and was purchased at Sherwin Williams.
I love, love, love chair rails and crown molding. Let me know how it goes DIY, I might just have another project to add to my list.
